We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time to create your order compared to most press-on shops. Typically, we process and hand over your order to the post office within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase. – Within Canada: We provide free shipping within Canada using standard lettermail through Canada Post. Shipping time is typically 2-8 business days.
– Within the USA: Orders $35USD+ include free tracked shipping. For orders under $35USD, there will be a shipping cost. Shipping time within the USA is also 2-8 business days.

Sizing Kit Recommendations

To ensure the perfect fit and optimal comfort, we highly recommend using our sizing kit before making your selection. The sizing kit includes every size of nail in the desired shape, allowing you to determine your specific nail number for each finger. This will help you achieve beautiful, long-lasting sets with the correct measurements.

How to Size Your Own Nails

If you choose not to use our sizing kit, you can follow our self-sizing guide outlined in the listing images. This involves measuring the width of your nails using transparent tape and a ruler. Please note that Sugarcoated Nail Shop cannot be held responsible for any sizing errors if you choose to custom size your own nails without using our recommended sizing kit.

No Refunds/Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or allow cancellations as all sets are custom-made to order. Once the package is sent off for shipping, we no longer have control over it. Please ensure that the address on your order is correct to avoid any issues.
