  • 2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 10 oz package mini marshmallows
  1. Put the chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Cook on high for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from microwave and stir vigorously.
  4. You can cook it for 30 seconds more if the chips are not completely melted.
  5. Stir again.
  6. Repeat again, if necessary, but don’t cook for longer than 30 seconds at a time.
  7. Fold in marshmallows.
  8. Pour mixture into a buttered 9×13 pan and refrigerate until firm.
  9. Cut into small squares.
