French Fry Smoked Sausage HashFrench Fry Smoked Sausage HashBlaaaaaah!  I am having the hardest time writing anything worth reading today!   I made this amazing hash with smoked sausage and French fries and I can think of nothing to say about it.  I wish I could let you all taste the amazing flavor of the caramelized onion with the hint of apple balsamic teamed up with the smokey beef sausage.  It was a major success considering it was a thrown together meal.  French Fry Smoked Sausage HashFrench Fry Smoked Sausage HashI like using French fries as straight up potatoes in casseroles as well as the usual side to burgers and chicken fingers.  Ore-Ida is a gluten free friendly company so I buy them exclusively.  In my pre-GF days, I opted for the cheaper store brands, but I have found that store brands rarely take the time or expense to certify themselves as gluten free.   I buy the big five pound bags of fries and get two meals out of it; if I am lucky.  Oh the joys of feeding teenage boys!Smoked Sausage French Fry HashSmoked Sausage French Fry Hash
