What is your customer service like? If your sign is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 4 days of receiving it, and we will send you a new one. We offer a 3-year warranty for any quality issues; simply send us a photo or video of the sign, and we will help you resolve the problem or send you a replacement or accessory. We will confirm all details of the sign with you before production begins, as customized products cannot be resold, and orders cannot be cancelled.
