Soon into my gluten free journey, I discovered that almost all commercial soups in can or mix form are basically full of gluten. That put a big kink in my old casserole repertoire. It also presented a challenge that I was determined to conquer. After all, no one has the right to take away my casseroles! There are only a few bouillons that are gluten free. Herb Ox is the easiest brand for me to find. Be sure to look up the brands in your stores to see which are safe. It’s beyond annoying that gluten is hidden in so many products. Even worse is that fact that some products may be safe one year and then a reformulation makes them unsafe. Celiac.org and celiac.net are the two best sites to keep up on food safety.
